Mindful Parenting lessons introduce parents to the practices of Mindfulness as applied to parenting. These practices can be taught in private individual lessons, group classes and workshops. As a parent myself, I can help you understand through relevancy, examples, personal stories and humor how Mindfulness allows you to bring a level of conscious awareness into your interactions with their children.
